Commission and Payouts
Dada8 provides three compensation models to match varying traffic quality and marketing approaches: RevShare, CPA, and Hybrid.
- RevShare: a lifetime percentage of the casino’s net revenue generated by referred players, calculated monthly and paid on a recurring basis.
- CPA (Cost Per Action): a fixed payment up to a specified cap for each qualified new player, with terms determined after traffic validation and compliance review.
- Hybrid: a combination of fixed CPA payment for qualified new players plus a percentage of the casino’s net revenue from those players.
Example benchmarks are provided for planning purposes and are subject to individual agreement. Payments are issued monthly within 30 days after the end of the payout period, subject to verification and compliance checks. The minimum payout threshold is set at a level designed to ensure efficient processing. All payments are subject to applicable tax withholding and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility and Compliance
- Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age and operate legally within their jurisdiction.
- Dada8 reserves the right to restrict participation from jurisdictions where required by law or where compliance considerations apply.
- Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising laws, platform policies, and responsible gambling standards, including accurate traffic reporting and avoidance of deceptive promotions.
Joining and Onboarding
To participate, submit a complete application via the affiliate portal with required business details, tax information, and traffic sources. A compliance review will be conducted, and upon approval you will gain access to tracking links, promotional materials, and the affiliate dashboard.
Promotion Guidelines and Traffic Sources
- Permitted channels include legitimate search engine optimization, compliant email marketing, social media, and approved display formats. Prohibited activities include brand bidding that conflicts with the operator’s trademarks, misleading claims, or promotions that violate laws or platform policies.
- Promotional creatives and landing pages must clearly reflect the Dada8 brand and the nature of the offer, with responsible gambling messaging where appropriate.
Tracking, Reporting, and Support
Affiliates receive real-time tracking via the partner portal. Monthly performance reports cover clicks, sign-ups, deposits, and revenue metrics. Each affiliate is assigned a dedicated account manager to assist with optimization, promotional calendars, and compliance inquiries.
Privacy, Data Protection, and Security
Dada8 processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Portal access is protected by role-based controls, and two-factor authentication is available for added security. A privacy policy and data protection terms govern data handling for affiliates and players.
Terms, Acceptance, and Modifications
Submission of an application constitutes acceptance of the Dada8 Affiliate Terms and Conditions. Dada8 may modify terms with notice. Non‑compliance, conflicts of interest, or fraud may result in termination of the affiliate relationship and withholding of commissions. The program does not guarantee earnings or revenue.
